These terms cover access to the Samsy Ecosystem website and the account features made available here. Read the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure alongside them. Use a feature only when you understand its displayed conditions. Product-specific terms apply when a separate service is offered.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the relevant feature in your location. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and verification codes, and report suspected unauthorized access through Contact & Support. Do not share private keys or seed phrases with support.

The SM9 on-chain reference is BNB Smart Chain, chain ID 56, contract 0xfb06f74b88ced59c66cf2190085123c4593711a4. Site-issued site-issued SM9 is an internal ledger entry. It does not automatically represent on-chain custody, a transferable blockchain balance, legal tender, a bank deposit or an entitlement to cash redemption.

Review the plan name, minimum and maximum amount, lock duration, full-term reward percentage and early-exit rule before submission. Current plans calculate one reward for the full term, not a monthly or annual rate. Principal and reward are credited to the site wallet when a matured stake is claimed. If early exit is permitted, principal is returned and the full reward is forfeited. Existing stakes retain the terms recorded when created.

Displayed SM9, USDT and BNB rates are external reference data with update timestamps. Rates may be delayed or unavailable and are not executable buy or sell quotes. Follow the payment method, network, amount, recipient and fees displayed during deposit or withdrawal. Pending or failed transactions are not approved funding. The current deposit flow credits the site currency balance after approval; a market-rate card does not create a separate USDT or BNB holding.

An upcoming product listing is not a purchasable live service. Where a service is offered, review its seller, scope, price, cancellation and refund conditions before paying. Contact support with the order or transaction reference to report duplicate credits, non-delivery or a disputed charge. Refund eligibility and amount depend on the applicable transaction terms and mandatory rights; an on-chain transfer cannot simply be reversed by editing the website.

Do not commit fraud, impersonate another person, exploit a defect, manipulate balances or market data, bypass access controls, launder funds or infringe another person’s rights. Access may be restricted to investigate suspected abuse, protect accounts or meet applicable obligations. Restrictions do not automatically erase legitimate claims or statutory rights.

The whitepaper describes a project vision and intended architecture. Proposed products, independent-chain research, partner access and roadmap phases are not guaranteed launches. A stated supply or allocation does not guarantee liquidity, demand, returns, ownership rights, dividends or a share of operating revenue.

Blockchain networks, external providers and software may fail or change. No uninterrupted service, guaranteed profit or protection from all losses is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The extent of any responsibility depends on applicable law and the facts of the service.

The version date is shown on this page. Material changes should be communicated on the site, and a later edit to the general terms does not silently rewrite an existing stake’s recorded plan terms.
