Privacy Policy

A practical explanation of the information used for accounts, transactions, support and the website experience.

Effective Date: October 30, 2026 Version: Institutional 3.1

01Scope and contact

This notice covers information processed through the Samsy Ecosystem website. The whitepaper identifies an association with Samsy Uni Private Limited; a complete verified operator address and dedicated privacy contact have not been supplied for this local edition. Privacy requests can be raised using Contact & Support. This notice is not a representation that an unverified corporate or legal record has been confirmed.

02Information you provide

Depending on features used, the site processes account names, email addresses, login credentials, profile details and support messages. Deposit or withdrawal records may include payment method, amount, network, wallet address, transaction hash, proof of payment and status. Identity documents and verification information are processed if an enabled KYC process requires them.

03Account activity and technical records

The service maintains site-issued SM9 balances, administrator adjustments, stake terms, claims and transaction history. Technical processing can include IP addresses, session identifiers, browser or device information, timestamps and security or error logs. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary sensitive material.

04Why information is used

Information supports registration, authentication, account security, transaction reconciliation, SM9 staking records, requested support and applicable compliance checks. A payment record is used to match a specific obligation; it should not be treated as permission for unrelated advertising. Processing depends on the purpose and the applicable legal basis, including consent where required.

05Cookies and browser storage

Account sessions and request-verification cookies support login and security. Browser storage may retain preferences such as language or previously saved cookie choices. The refreshed informational pages do not load a new advertising or optional analytics tracker. Other account pages and integrations can involve external resources; this notice does not treat continued browsing as consent to optional tracking. Browser controls can remove storage, although disabling essential cookies may prevent login.

06Providers and external links

Hosting, email, payment, identity verification or support providers may process information needed to deliver an enabled feature. Server-side market requests use Dexscreener and CoinGecko for token prices and do not need the user’s name or account balance. Visiting a linked explorer, DEX or other external site sends a request to that provider and is governed by its own practices. Provider processing and storage may occur in different countries, subject to applicable requirements.

07Public blockchain records

An on-chain address, transaction or contract event can be publicly visible and may persist outside this website’s control. Linking an address to an account can make activity identifiable. Deleting a website account cannot delete a public blockchain record. simulated site ledger records are distinct from those public records.

08Retention and security

Keep information for the account, transaction, security and legal purposes that require it, rather than indefinitely without a purpose. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable obligations; a universal deletion period is not asserted. Password hashing, access restrictions and operational controls reduce risk, but no absolute security or specific unverified certification is promised. Backups and legally required records may need to remain after a deletion request.

09Requests and choices

Use Contact & Support to request information about your data, correction, account closure or deletion, or to raise a complaint. Where consent is the basis, you may request withdrawal for the relevant processing. The service may verify identity without asking for wallet secrets. Applicable rights, required retention and the rights of others determine what can be provided or removed. No unsupported response deadline is promised.

10Children and changes

Account services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. If a minor’s information is submitted, contact support so the situation can be reviewed. Changes to data practices should be reflected in an updated notice and, where required, additional notice or consent. Review the date shown on this page.
