Risk Disclosure
Understand the difference between a market token, a simulated website balance, a proposed product and an executable transaction.
Effective Date: October 30, 2026
Version: Institutional 3.1
01Token price and loss
Digital asset prices can fluctuate sharply and may fall to zero. A fixed supply, a recognizable symbol or a broad ecosystem plan does not guarantee demand or value. Do not interpret a displayed balance as a guaranteed sale price or cash entitlement.
02Liquidity and execution
Pool liquidity, paired assets and price ranges affect executable trades. A quoted reference rate or market capitalization does not establish that an entire holding can be sold at that price. Slippage, fees, thin depth and market disruption can cause outcomes to differ substantially from dashboard estimates.
03Site-issued SM9 and staking
The site’s site-issued SM9 wallet and staking ledger do not establish blockchain custody or ownership of equivalent on-chain tokens. Lock periods limit access to principal under the recorded plan rules. Displayed rewards are plan calculations in site-issued SM9, not guaranteed cash income, a bank interest rate or an independently funded on-chain yield.
04Code, network and custody
Contract defects, network congestion, key compromise, administrative permissions and dependency failures may affect transfers or access. Wrong addresses and networks can result in permanent loss. Independently verify the full contract, recipient and network before any on-chain action.
05Prices and third parties
Dexscreener and CoinGecko data can be delayed, missing, stale or incorrect. A stale-data label means the most recent available observation is older, not that the rate is executable. USDT can deviate from one USD, and BNB has its own market risk. External links are references, not endorsements or protection against loss.
06Audit and roadmap evidence
The supplied whitepaper attributes audit and retesting progress to the project owner, without supplying the underlying reports. This site does not turn that statement into an independent certification. Upcoming services, partnerships, exchange access, crypto cards and a separate blockchain remain subject to development, operating and legal dependencies.
07Business, rights and tax
Merchant fulfillment, content rights, support, refunds and regulatory or tax obligations are distinct from token settlement. Token ownership alone does not establish corporate equity, dividends or a contractual revenue share. Seek appropriately qualified guidance for decisions that depend on your own legal, tax or financial circumstances.
08Check before acting
Read the plan or order terms, inspect current references and timestamps, and contact support when records disagree. Never disclose private keys or seed phrases. Use the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy alongside this disclosure; mandatory legal rights are not waived by reading a risk statement.
